| I always ask myself if I am drinking enough water. Actually, we tend to ignore that drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day is very important. Sometimes, it’s the little things that counts in weight loss. Yes, consider water. Water has so many goodness and one of it is that it cleanse our internal body. If you have a yellow/orangey urine that is a sign that you should drink more water. Water also reduces appetite thus it is advisable to drink water whenever you feel hungry so that you will feel full faster and this is why water is always connected with weight loss. So, how do we remind ourselves to drink enough water or as recommended at 8 glasses of water daily? The most effective is to use a jar and put it next beside you. If you sit in front of the computer, put it on the table next to your computer so that it will remind you to drink the water and make it a habit to empty the jar. I have this kind of jar which has a measurement of 1 liter, I will make sure that I drink 2 jars (2 liters) a day and that is more than sufficient to hydrate my body fluid. If you are lazy to do exercise for weight loss, try drinking more water and feel the difference, not only from your weight but also your skin will look radiant and hydrated.
